The helmet shell is manufactured from high-quality PP material, offering strong toughness, moisture resistance, and long-term durability. Its fixed front headscreen with lift-front lens holder allows welders to easily raise the viewing window when inspection or positioning is required, improving workflow efficiency without removing the helmet.
Equipped with a hand ratchet suspension system, the welding face shield ensures precise fit adjustment and stable positioning on the head. The fully adjustable harness and integrated sweatband enhance comfort during extended use, reducing pressure and improving wearability in hot or demanding environments.
The helmet features a 3-piece lens system, consisting of:
